Location is recorded only between check-in and check-out, at intervals tuned to sip battery rather than gulp it. Agents see exactly what's tracked on their own screen, and tracking stops the moment they check out for the day.
Everything keeps working. Check-ins, photos and forms are saved on the phone and sync automatically once the network returns. Nobody has to remember to re-enter a visit.
Yes. The agent app runs on Android 6 and above — including the low-cost phones most field teams actually carry — and on iOS 14+. The manager dashboard is a web app, so any browser works.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on servers in India. Access is role-based: managers see their own teams, admins see the organisation, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone.
You pay per field agent per month, annually or monthly, and managers are free. A GST invoice is issued for every payment. Change your agent count any time — billing adjusts on the next cycle.
